The kalimba arrived in a damaged box with a large crack down the left ear and eye of an otherwise very cute product. All items said to be included with it were missing as well except for the booklet.4/20 Edit: I was able to quickly return and replace the kalimba with one that came in perfect condition with everything included this time! I'm so glad because it arrived just in time for the birthday girl it was a gift for. It has me assume the one I was originally sent was a returned one with a bunch of the items stolen from it...
